- Hot-dip galvanized round pipe:
  - EN 10255: DN8–DN150 (1/4"–6"), medium and heavy series.
  - ASTM A53: 1/2"–8" (DN15–DN200), Schedule 40 and 80.
- Hot-dip galvanized square tube: 20×20 to 200×200 mm, wall 1.2–8.0 mm.
- Hot-dip galvanized rectangular tube: 20×40 to 100×200 mm, wall 1.2–8.0 mm.
- Lengths: 6 m standard, 5.8 m or cut to order.
- Ends: plain, threaded, grooved or bevelled. Threads to ISO 7/1 or NPT.
- Galvanized fittings: elbows, tees, couplings, nipples and caps.

## Coating and inspection

- Standard hot-dip zinc coating: 350–500 g/m² (approximately 49–70 µm).
- Heavier coating, EN 10240, ASTM A53 §17 or ISO 1461 on request.
- Coating weight stated on the mill certificate for every lot.
- Visual and dimensional check, thread gauge check, and photographs of each
  bundle and the container loading.

## Commercial terms

- Reference price minimum order: 30 tonnes.
- Quantity tiers: reference price at 30–60 t, about 2% lower at 60–120 t and
  about 3% lower above 120 t.
- Trial quantities and mixed containers of pipe plus fittings are quoted on
  request.
- Delivery: FOB Tianjin or Qingdao; CFR, CIF and DAP against the destination
  port.
- Quotation validity: normally 7 days from issue.
